Ashley and Alicia's Law went into effect Sept. 1st.  All new school buses purchased in Texas are required to be equipped with 3 point, lap-shoulder seat belts for each passenger.  Here is a link to the law:  Texas Transportation Code 547.701(e):  http://www.statutes.legis.state.tx.us/Docs/TN/htm/TN.547.htm
